There’s a Mid-Century Modern community built in 1962 that was totally remodeled and now for sale for very reasonable prices.  The Mirada Condominiums have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and about 16 units and has two pools.  Most units have windows that over look one pool or the other. 

These units have been totally redone with travertine tile everywhere except the bedrooms, slab granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths.  Nice upgraded cabinets all the appliances.  Each unit also has a private balcony or patio.  First floor units have larger patios and some second floor units have views.

It’s located at 1225 E. Medlock Drive and on a dead end street so it’s a very quite neighborhood.  One street north of Camelback and East of 12^th Street. It’s a great located with easy access to the Biltmore, Central Ave, Downtown Phoenix and the 51 freeway.
