Tempe Townlake has been a big success for Tempe and the Valley. Although it's a bit smaller than the lakes that surround the Valley, it's a nice body of water to have in town. A few office buildings and condo high rises have been built along the lake, once the economy picks up more, I'm sure we'll see more construction. In the meantime, Brideview at Tempe Townlake is not only one of the most luxury condo communities along the lake, it's one of the best in the Valley. The units have great views of the lake as well as many amenities for fine living.

towers, a 12 story tower on the south and a 7 story tower on the north. Upgraded

Tempe Town Lake is a natural
gathering spot for many activities in the Phoenix area. Tempe Town Lake is the
home of the Ironman Arizona Triathlon in November, a Memorial Day celebration in
May, and the Tempe Town Lake Festival on July 4th.
