Foreclosures down nationwide

The number of U.S. homes repossessed by lenders last month fell to the lowest level in more than five years, the latest evidence that the nation’s foreclosure crisis is abating amid an improving housing market.

While some states still saw increases in homes taken back by banks, nationally homes repossessions fell 3 percent in March from the previous month and were down 21 percent from a year earlier, foreclosure listing firm RealtyTrac Inc. said Thursday.

Renaissance Park Condominiums

Renaissance Park Condos has been popular since it was built in 1988 because of it's great location to Downtown.  Located on the edge of downtown at 7th Street and Washington.

A Light Rail stop is only 3 blocks away and you can walk to just about everything Downtown. Of course the Ball Park and Basketball Arena are just across the street.

3rd Ave Palms, located just north of Osborn on 3rd Ave, is steps from the activity on Central Ave and the Light Rail. 3rd Avenue Palms was designed for comfort, convenience and value. You’re close to all the must-haves of a thriving, revitalized downtown: shopping, dining, nightlife and the central business district. And, just a Light Rails ride from Downtown Sporting Events and Tempe Mill Ave and ASU.  The community is tucked away between 2nd and 3rd Ave's so it's off the beaten path but just a few steps.

There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units and all have a single car garage.  Kitchen's are nice, not real big but big enough for the Urban lifestyle.  Many units have fireplaces which most people put candels in for low flickering light in the evening.  Some have views of Downtown and the mountains, depending on the location in the commuinty.  Other amenities include Community Pool and Spa and a work out room.

3rd Ave Palms in MidTown Phoenix

The 3rd Ave Palms has been a favorite of mine for a while.  Located just North of Osborn and a few blocks from the Osborn Light Rail Station, it's a great location in MidTown Phoenix to get anywhere.  There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units and a floor plan that has 2 bedrooms and a loft area that can easily be used as a TV room or a den.  Many of the floor plans have open floor plans with great room set ups.  Each unit has a private 1 car garage and most have direct access to the garage.  The community is gated and has a nice pool area with a spa and BBQ grill.  From the location, you can walk to many restaurants and of course the Light Rail to get you Downtown to the Entertainment District.  If you want more information, check out my website or email me.
