New Construction Housing Starts up...

The annual pace of housing starts topped 1 million for the first time in nearly five years in March, another sign of the rebound in the sector.

The pace of housing starts came in at an annual rate of 1.04 million in the month, up 7% from February and 47% from a year earlier. It marked the first time since June 2008 that the pace of building crossed the 1 million benchmark.

Great news for the housing recovery.

Executive Towers - Al Beadle Architect

In 1964, Al Beadle famed local architect, built the Executive Towers.  The original plan called for two towers but there was a recession that prevented the second tower from being built.  With the 50th aniversary comming next year, the community has been upgrading the building and put in a new pool and pool area landscaping but keeping the original design ideas.  Walking in the front door is like taking a step back in time.  The Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day for security and residents convinence.  Many units have been remodeled and upgraded over the years and some are still very original.  If you like the Mid Century Modern and the original kitchen appliances, you'll find them here.

There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. Some have 2 balocy's.  Many have been opened up to great room floor plans.  Get more information at www.AZNativeProperties.com or contact Chris at 602-224-0554 or Chris@RooPhoRealty.com
