When Regency House was built in 1964, it was "thee" address to have on North Central Ave.  Many of the cities elite moved in upon completion.  The architect was Geo. HS Schonberger and Regency House was the last of residential high rises to be built in the 1950's and 1960's.

Each unit has floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedrooms providing wonderful views of the city.
Regency House also has a large club house for residence to relax or reserve for a private party.
The large pool area was recently remodeled and new land scaping is still to come.  For more information on Regency House and other communities, contact Chris Campbell at 602-224-0554 or Chris@RooPhoRealty.com .   You can also get more information on www.AZNativeProperties.com

Phoenix Towers, Midcentury modern condos

Walk into 1954 at the Phoenix Towers on Central Ave.  The first condo high rise in Midtown Phoenix and built as a Co-op community.  Developed by Phoenix developer Dell Webb, it attracted some of the elite of the City. Soon, Phoenix Towers HOA will be applying for historic designation and just completed $5 million renovation on common areas.

Many of the condos have original kitchens and bathrooms. Below are examples of two kitchens, one is remodeled to current styles and the other used the original cabinets but updated the counters and the appliances. That's a great way to keep the original character yet update it to more current styles.
The community also has a roof top patio for all to enjoy and you can reserve it for a private party.

There is also a pool and the east side of the building providing sun during the day and shade in the afternoons.

If you'd like more information about the Phoenix Towers, contact Chris at 602-224-0554 or Chris@RooPhoRealty.com.  You can also get information about many communities in the Urban Areas of Metro Phoenix at www.AZNativeProperties.com

One Lexington Urban Condos

Have you seen One Lexington?  I have been there a few times and each one is unique in their views, style and of course, the personal decor of the occupant.  They all have upgraded kitchens and baths and if you haven't seen the views from the floor to ceiling windows, it's really worth seeing.  I can imagine after a long day, coming home and relaxing with some music and that view, day or night.

There are 150 units in the building located in MidTown Phoenix on Central Ave near Osborn.  It's very contempoary with exposed ducts, hardwood floors and upgraded kitchens.  Very close to a Light Rail stop making it easy to get to Downtown Phoenix and Tempe.

Here's a photo of the view from one of the 4 penthouses.  These are all corner units and as you can see have mostly glass windows for beautiful views from both the first and the second floors.

If you'd more information just check out One Lexington on my website or call me.

Artisan Lofts on Central in Downtown Phoenix

Have you seen the Artisan Lofts on Central? This is a great true loft community. The word "loft" became a buzz word in the real estate boom and many communities started to call themselves loft but Artisan Lofts on Central is one of the few true lofts in Phoenix. Built in 2004, this building was designed with open floor plans, 2 story high ceilings in parts and metal stair cases.
5 story building with Wine Bar-Restaurant at street level. This community has 40 one-of-a-kind loft homes. Common area includes oversized elevator, fitness room, conference room, 25 yard lap pool, spa, rooftop deck complete with gas fireplace, cable TV connection, wet bar, and gas grill! 2 parking spaces per lofts home, 24 hour camera monitored main entrance. Interior includes exposed ducts, cable railing at lofts, granite tile counter tops, concrete floors, roof top deck for top floor units and all balcony’s can support an approve ground private spa.
Located right on Central Avenue just south of McDowell and in front of a Light Rail stop. Across the street from the main branch of the Phoenix Public Library and a block away from Hance Deck Park. This is a very desirable location in Downtown Phoenix.
